What is an attractive face to men?

The most attractive male models have the same facial characteristics. When a man has all these facial characteristics, he has a « testosterone face ».

Testosterone face is the most attractive version of a man’s face. The fact is that any man can transform his face to a testosterone face. The present quick info is dedicated to the protocole for the male facial transformation to the testosterone face.

Testosterone Face to Body Transformation

The development of an attractive testosterone face in men consists of reducing the facial fat to at least 10% and developing 3 facial muscles (masseter, orbicularis oris and corrugator muscles).

The first two muscles cause the jawline and cheeks to become attractive and the corrugator muscle causes the eyebrows to become low set and the eyes to take the form of predator eyes.

Reduction of facial fat is possible with certain exercise protocols combined with fasting and the development of facial muscles need special exercises that I will discuss in next posts. Your body would transform at the same time; your face and your body being parts of the same whole.

Testosterone face, Body fat and Muscle content

The development of testosterone face happens when the body fat percentage is around 10%. However, if the muscle amount of body is low, the development of testosterone face does not occur. The person on the image of this article has no more than 10% body fat.

Testosterone face solely occurs in those who develop a body type resembling the person of the illustration. This is a « lean body ».

Too high body muscle percentage (bulky body) is not associated with the testosterone face either. In a next article I will explain how to reduce the body fat and increase the muscle percentage through combining intermittent fasting, cardio and bodybuilding to develop the attractive testosterone face. 

Testosterone face and Hormones

The general rule for the induction of facial transformation towards the testosterone face is to increase the level of hormones that cause facial fat burn and muscle growth at the same time (growth hormone and testosterone) and to decrease the level of hormones that cause facial fat deposition (mainly insulin).

Growth hormone increases during fasting, exercise and sleep. Testosterone increases by exercise (and certain supplements) and insulin decreases during fasting. That is why the protocole of testosterone face transformation is based on intermittent fasting plus different forms of exercise done before sleep time. Follow my posts to learn the details.
