Return Policy
Right of return
The customer can return the undamaged products at his own expense within 7 days. Any incomplete, opened or unsealed products will not be accepted for return. The proof of the return of the products behoves to the customer.
Legal guarantees
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.
Return and exchange

It is the responsibility of the customers to inspect the goods immediately after delivery and to make reservations and complaints regarding any defects or non-conformities. According to the Synnergan's Terms of Services, products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be taken back.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receipt of the ordered items. Only items that are unused, clean, in perfect condition, labeled and in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged.
After receiving the goods, Synnergan Sàrl checks that they are in good condition and, if necessary, decides on a refund. As soon as the distribution center has received and checked your return, the refund will be credited by the same method of payment as the one used to pay for your order.
If the payment method selected when placing an order is not possible for any reason, the customer will receive the return amount in the form of a gift card. No cash refunds will be made.
