Here is a quick message to describe different male faces and what it tells us.
1- Moon face: eats frequently, has high facial fat and low facial muscle (the insulin level is always high and the growth hormone level is low because of frequent eating. Testosterone is converted to estrogen in fat tissues and thus testosterone level is also low).
2- Twig face: Low facial fat, but also low facial muscle (under developed masseter and orbicularis oris muscles).
3- Hulk face: Moderate facial fat and high facial muscle (frequent eating associated with bodybuilding, little or no cardio. This face type occurs in bodybuilders with « bulky » bodies).
4- Testosterone face: Infrequent eating associated with anaerobic and aerobic exercises. Low facial fat and moderate facial and body muscle content (lean body, not bulky).
Now, let's have a look at an ordinary face:
Mr. Everybody (is it you?) has moderate facial fat and muscle, eats rather frequently and tries to maintain his weight through irregular exercise and diet. He thinks that the facial appearance is only determined by genes and that although he can change his body type through exercise and diet, he believes this is absolutely impossible for his face, as he has never heard of it.
His face can go towards any of the 4 face types in the previous page according to the facial fat and muscle changes due to eating habits and exercise type.
Look at the different face types again; can you guess how the corresponding bodies are? If their body changes from one type to another, do you think their face would also follow those changes? You are probably right.
